Prior to our collaboration, ParkBird had an impressive app concept that unfortunately wasn't functional.

The primary challenges revolved around the absence of effective collaboration within the development team and a severely disrupted code delivery process.

Logging on all of the components to create visibility for operation purposes and for the team was established

Monitoring and dashboard to view all of the infrastructure components’ performance was implemented
